Now That There’s funny; Lord be with the unemployed..

I’ve found that if you let yourself get down in the dumps, then you can slip off the unemployment rock into the depths, and never be found again.  That’s why now that I’m unemployed, I like to sit in my chair in the family room and watch movies and the History Channel all day.  That way if I do slip off – well the family can give me a good burial.

Humor in unemployment

I was checking out some videos over at my friend John’s site at Unemploymentality.  He has a very good start on a list of unemployment videos.  If you want to put some humor into your situation, check these out at his video page.  No I don’t feel for the bankers, but do feel for Manny Ramierz.  I’ve always loved baseball!

For the rest of you that need to get out, Starbucks and McDonald’s have AT&T wireless.  You can surf the web, drink good coffee, and write blog posts all at the same time.  I’m writing this at McDonald’s!  What can beat that combination?

When this is done, I’m back to the video store…
